Say farewell to white and pasty during the winter season. Post shower, use self tanning body and face lotions. There are several options on the market, but my favorites are Moist Hemp Bronzing Moisturizer ($8.49) from Sally Beauty Supply and Jergens Natural Glow Face (on sale for $5.99; regularly $7.49). The body lotion’s chocolate coconut smell is a perfect pick me up for winter blues. As a bonus, this product contains hempseed oil and CoQ10 to deeply moisturize and tone skin. I started using these lotions after noticing all my pasty glory during workout classes – ugh! I’m happy to report I’m no longer blinded by my white image reflecting in the mirror…
