Many people ask me why my teeth are so white. They usually think I use whitening strips, or pay for expensive dental procedures. My answer to white teeth is simply in using baking soda and peroxide toothpaste twice a day. I’m sure flossing once a day and seeing the dentist every six months helps too. I refuse to forego red wine, coffee, or tea, and my teeth retain whiteness following this routine.
When I was young, my dentist told me “you only have to floss those teeth you want to keep.” That really freaked me out, but only stuck in my mind until my 20’s when I made it part of my daily routine after developing four cavities (ouch!) due to a lack of insurance for a few years…I floss at night as directed by my dentist, who believes it is important to take out the food that has been accumulating all day between your teeth. I once did a speech for my speech class in college emphasizing the importance of flossing. Did you know that the plaque that builds up between your teeth is similar to the plaque that builds up on your heart? It’s obviously not something you want to ingest! I don’t want to use fear to impress the importance of flossing, but I am trying to emphasize the significance to your overall health! It’s difficult if you haven’t been flossing daily to develop a routine because plaque buildup over time makes it painful to floss. Use Glide Floss to reduce the pain. Start out as gently as possible and take it from me, it gets easier! Enjoy your white teeth without spending a fortune on whitening products!

Hi Roger!
Thanks so much for your support! I’ve found the best way to improve energy is with a dedicated workout routine. Try for 30 mins. per day and think of it as an essential part of your day like brushing your teeth. Schedule it on your calendar and don’t think about it – “just do it!” Find time with 10 min. intervals throughout the day if that fits better with your schedule. I’ve also read you burn more calories this way. Good luck
